All scheduling is done by appointment only. Please do not arrive on-site without an appointment. 

Cancellation Policy
Our policy is "Vigilant Leniency". We understand that life often throws a wrench in our plans and some situations can't be avoided. However, no business can survive on good will alone. Leniency can be easily and often abused if one isn't careful. With this in mind, the following policies are in effect.
 

A 24 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment in your time slot. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be responsible for 50% of the service price. We ask that you pay this amount before your next scheduled appointment.

No Call, No Shows
In the event that a client does not show up for their appointment and no contact is made before 10pm on the day of the scheduled appointment, they will be considered a "No Call, No Show". You will be responsible for 50% of the service price. We ask that you pay this amount before your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals
We ask clients to inform us if they are running behind schedule. This is a general courtesy that allows us to serve clients more effectively. If you arrive late, you are only entitled to the remaining time of the appointment; it may not be possible to give you your full time. This is so we do not infringe on the time of any clients whose appointments follow yours. In this case, regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, you will still be responsible for the Full amount of the service. We wish for every client to enjoy the full experience of the services we provide, so please plan accordingly and be on time.
